These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the Kypo Secure Vault mobile and web application (the "Service") operated by Tasso Software Studio ("us", "we", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Kypo Secure Vault is a digital application designed for personal and shared data storage, including financial ledgers, shopping lists, tasks, notes, calendars, and file attachments. We use encryption to protect data. Kypo offers Personal Vaults, Family Vaults, and Group Spaces.
When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any Master Keys used to access the Service.
CRITICAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REGARDING ENCRYPTION KEYS: Kypo uses strong encryption. You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your encryption keys or Master Passphrase. We do not possess copies of your keys. If you lose your credentials or Master Keys, we cannot recover your data. You accept all risks associated with lost credentials, and Kypo shall not be liable for data loss resulting from this or any other scenario.
Our Service allows you to store and share information, text, graphics, and other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content you post. By posting Content, you grant us the right to store, replicate, process, and transmit such Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, and revocable. We do not claim ownership of your Content.
The Service and its original content (excluding user Content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Tasso Software Studio and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Tasso Software Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
